MANILA, Philippines—The Philippines national men’s volleyball team remained winless in the Southeast Asian (SEA) V-League in Indonesia as it dropped its second straight game on Saturday in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Filipino spikers succumbed to Thailand in straight sets, 22-25, 20-25, 20-24.

They also suffered the same fate a day before when they got swept by Indonesia, 20-25, 22-25, 19-25.

The Philippines relied on the efforts of Josh Umandal, Jayvee Sumagaysay, Steve Rotter and Noel Kampton but to no avail.

Coach Sergio Veloso’s wards look to take first blood in the Indonesian leg when they face Vietnam next.

Like the Philippines, Vietnam also succumbed to Thailand on Friday, 23-25, 26-28, 21-25.
