JPGT makes Sta. Elena stop – rezal404

Sta. Elena hosts the fourth round of the Junior PGT (JPGT) 2023 Series which has gotten nothing but positive reviews from participants and parents as the circuit hopes to continue discovering new talents that can represent the Philippines internationally in the future.

Operating without affiliation from any of the junior golf organizations in the country, the JPGT is golf patron Ricky Razon’s contribution to grassroots development, a circuit that goes hand in hand with sponsoring ICTSI’s professional men’s and ladies’ circuits.

“We’re hoping we’ll be able to grow the sport for the next generation of golfers,” said Arnold Sarines, the father of boys’ campaigner Vito and girls’ 11-12 contenders Lisa and Mona.

Roman Ungco and Ryuji Suzuki are the players to beat in the drive, chip and putt skills challenge setup that gets going Sunday.
